Fire Cupping involves placing cups on the skin and creating a vacuum effect through suction to stimulate blood flow, relieve tension, and enhance circulation. During a Fire Cupping session, small glass cups are placed on the skin and suction is created by the negative pressure of the heated air as it cools. Gua Sha involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to promote healing and wellbeing. The technique is used to stimulate circulation, relieve tension, and promote lymphatic drainage by gently scraping the skin in specific patterns. It has been shown to be effective in treating a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, respiratory issues, digestive problems, and more. It can also be used as a facial rejuvenation treatment to improve skin tone and texture, reduce wrinkles, and enhance overall skin health.

Bloodletting is commonly used to treat conditions such as: migraines, sequelae of stroke (Bell's hemiplegia or hemiplegia), intracranial hypertension (blood clots under the skull causing migraines), varicose veins, car accident sequelae, high blood pressure, allergies, skin disorders, menstrual problems, and joint pains. It can help enhance circulation, clear blockages, and restore the flow of Qi and blood throughout the body.
