Direct Billing
We do direct billing for most insurance companies! If you would like to know if Aloe Health can direct bill your insurance company, just give us a ring or shoot us an email and we’ll be more than happy to inquire on your behalf.
Even if direct billing isn’t set up with your insurance provider, you can likely still be reimbursed, provided your plan covers services by an acupuncturist (most plans do).
Coverage Under MSP
Aloe Health is a registered practitioner with MSP under Section 14 of the Medicare Protection Act. For reimbursement by MSP, eligible patients must submit a completed Reimbursement Request Form along with proof of payment for services provided by Aloe Health.

ICBC Coverage
Injured in an accident and seeking ICBC-covered treatment? We can help! We are a registered health care provider with ICBC and treat many patients who receive insurance coverage from ICBC.
Coverage under ICBC for acupuncture treatments do not need a doctor’s referral as long as they occur within the first 3 months after your accident. If you require additional treatments, we work with your claims adjuster to ensure you get what you need.
We direct bill ICBC and work directly with claims adjusters so that you can focus on what is important: your health and recovery.
